Microsoft Excel and Analytics training is provided to those opting to foster in the domains of finance and accounting.

Students who are opting for the HR specialization are introduced to a range of subjects in the 3rd and 4th semesters of the programme which comprises of Recruitment & Selection, Human Resource Analytics, Industrial Relations and Labour Laws, Compensation Management & Reward System, Organizational Leadership, Personal Growth & Interpersonal Effectiveness, International Human Resources Management, Organizational Change & Development, Human Recourse Audit, and Management Consulting for Business Excellence.

Students who are opting for the marketing specialization are introduced to a range of subjects in the 3rd and 4th semesters of the programme which comprises of Services Marketing, Marketing Research & Analytics, Consumer Behaviour, Retail Management, B2B Marketing Management, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Digital Marketing Management, Strategic Brand Management, Agri Business Management, and International Marketing Management.

Business Analytics is the future for businesses and societies to evolve. The growth of data scientists, marketing and financial analysts, HR analysts has necessitated the knowledge of analytics as a separate vertical in the recent times and thus the Institute offers Analytics as a specialization. Students opting for Analytics specialization learn a wide gamut of courses such as Python, Machine Learning, Big Data, HR/Marketing/Financial Analytics, Exploratory Data Analysis etc.

Students of RNSIT-MBA who are opting for the dual specializations are introduced to a range of subjects in the 3rd and 4th semesters of the programme. They get to learn a combination of subjects from both the specializations they opt for. 50 % of the courses in each semester in both the verticals.
