Student Chapters at RNSIT-MBA provide unique opportunities for networking, mentoring and bonding over common interests. They provide support both within the student community and to local communities outside the institution. Also, they serve as a gateway to forums, workshops, panel discussions, Guest Lectures and symposia that further a student's professional development.
With a view to foster excellence in developing professional networks and augment the potential of human capital development, RNSIT-MBA collaborated with National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM) to form the NIPM - RNSIT Chapter in July 2022.
With a modest strength of active 40 plus members, this chapter flagged off a new benchmark in creating professional networks and seeks to act as a nodal center for amalgamation of student driven initiatives backed up by the efforts of the NIPM personnel in creating impactful events for benefit of one and all.
RNS Toastmasters Club(RNSTC) is chartered on 24th of September 2022 and consists of 21 chartering members from MBA, Engineering, B.Com, BBA and BCA. RNSTC is part of Toastmasters International, a non-profit educational organisation that trains learners in communication skills, public speaking and leadership skills through a worldwide network of clubs. It is a great platform to people from diverse backgrounds to become more confident speakers, communicators, and leaders.

Finance Lab brings a state-of-the-art Financial Research set up and Trading mechanism of financial products. The mission of the Finance Lab is to support advanced applied research in financial markets (offering courses like auditing and international taxation) and equip finance managers with the mathematical and conceptual theories and best practices in financial markets that go into the creation and management of innovative financial products.
Finance Lab provides a platform for students to improve their quantitative and analytical thinking abilities. The Lab is a hub of knowledge for career progress. The Lab attempts the students to take the entry to the professional world. The lab has the motto to assist students in evaluating careers in finance and identifying current career opportunities, extend the practical finance education with job-specific knowledge and connect students with alumni and other finance professionals.
